End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs your use of the AI Apps.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. AI Content Disclaimer

The App provides AI-generated responses for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI responses.

The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes

Input sensitive or confidential information

Misuse or attempt to exploit the AI system

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

5. Subscriptions & Purchases (If Applicable)

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple via the App Store.

Refunds and billing are subject to Apple’s policies.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.”

We are not liable for damages arising from the use of AI-generated content.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable local laws.
